Cleaning Operatives
General Cleaning Operatives required in and around the Galway City area with a variety of hours available. East side area of Galway City.
Initial phone interview will be followed by in person interview after screening process.

Cleaning Team Leads
Queen of Clean Services requires an experienced Accommodation Team Lead to lead our accommodation staff and maintain our excellent customer service and cleaning standards. This is a hands-on role that combines cleaning tasks and team lead tasks.
The main responsibilities include organizing employee shifts, training and motivating team members, and checking post-departure cleaning standards. A good understanding of sanitation regulations and team management abilities is a must.
Requirements
♛ Work experience as a Housekeeping Self Checker or similar role
♛ Hands-on experience with cleaning and maintenance tasks for large organizations
♛ Ability to use industrial cleaning equipment and products
♛ Excellent organizational and team management skills
♛ Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and every weekend
♛ The ability to adapt to meet the needs of the company
♛ Basic understanding of IT software such as Email, Word and Booking platforms
♛ Full Irish/EU Cleaning Drivers Licence Required
Core Responsibilities
♛ Train housekeepers on cleaning and maintenance tasks
♛ Oversee staff and their performance daily
♛ Check apartments and common areas for cleanliness
♛ Coordinate with office personnel to arrange rosters
♛ Establish and educate staff on cleanliness standards
♛ Motivate team members and resolve any issues
♛ Respond to customer concerns and special requests
♛ Monitor and replenish cleaning products stock
♛ Participate in large cleaning projects as required
♛ Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation policies
