General Cleaning Operatives required in and around the Galway City area with a variety of hours available. East side area of Galway City.
Initial phone interview will be followed by in person interview after screening process.

We Are Hiring
Cleaning Team Leads:
Queen of Clean Services requires an experienced Accommodation Team Lead to lead our accommodation staff and maintain our excellent customer service and cleaning standards. This is a hands-on role that combines cleaning tasks and team lead tasks.
The main responsibilities include organizing employee shifts, training and motivating team members, and checking post-departure cleaning standards. A good understanding of sanitation regulations and team management abilities is a must.
Requirements:
- Work experience as a Housekeeping Self Checker or similar role
- Hands-on experience with cleaning and maintenance tasks for large organizations
- Ability to use industrial cleaning equipment and products
- Excellent organizational and team management skills
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and every weekend
- The ability to adapt to meet the needs of the company
- Basic understanding and knowledge of IT software such as Email, Word and Booking platforms
- Full Irish/EU Cleaning Drivers Licence Required
Core Responsibilities:
- Train housekeepers on cleaning and maintenance tasks
- Oversee staff and their performance daily
- Check apartments and common areas, including stairways and lounge areas, for cleanliness
- Coordinate with office personnel to arrange rosters and for replacements in cases of absence
- Establish and educate staff on cleanliness, tidiness and hygiene standards
- Motivate team members and resolve any issues that occur on the job
- Respond to customer concerns and special requests
- Monitor and replenish cleaning products stock
- Participate in large cleaning projects as required
- Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation policies in all areas
